Siu Sai Wan Complex is a municipal services building offering recreational and leisure facilities to the community. It consists of a 1000-seat multi-purpose arena, two indoor swimming pools, a small library, a community hall and other facilities.Vertical sun-shading screens in timber outlook marching from the exterior into the interior invite people to explore the richness of the building contents. This volumetric expression is juxtaposed by linear features in the form of horizontal slats for sun-shading and rain-screening, entrance canopy and roof skylight to form a clean, rhythmic yet striking composition. The complex stands out as an elegant iconic clubhouse for the community.
