Stage two of the Kowloon Bay Business Area Pedestrian Environment Improvement Feasibility Study public engagement was implemented on November 14 by the Development Bureau's Energising Kowloon East Office. Public views are being invited on improvement plans for the area until January 10. Stage one, completed in June, found the public generally supported the idea of creating a walkable CBD (central business district) in Kowloon Bay.
