Located at 8 LaSalle Road, Kowloon, 8 LaSalle is a newly completed luxury residential building developed by Kerry Properties. The 15-storey building with four units on each floor provided a total of 56 units. There are 52 standard units with usable area ranging from 600 to 1,020 square feet. Four special units on the top floors are larger and each unit is approximately 1,700 square feet. Top floor units have private staircases connected to the roof. Special design features include 3.5 metre ceiling height and private lift lobby for each unit.
