Should partlls be allowed to call themselves architects?

The European Directive states the minimum requirements for becoming an architect and it equates exactly to the part II qualification. Tapta members have many years of experience both within the profession and as independent practitioners; they are not fresh from university on their way to part III.rnThis experience and the part II qualification justify us to call ourselves architects. Nowhere does the directive demand part III; that is an Arb/ Riba requirement.
