Mott MacDonald has been commissioned to design a 145,000sq m mixed-use development in Guilin, Guangxi Province, China. The £237 million project for Guitin DiHao Properties Development comprises a 70,000sq m mall, a 15,000sq m Walmart and a 30,000sq m 5-star Sheraton hotel. The development.which will also include a cinema and sports facilities, is expected to open at the end of 2013.
