Assemble constructs canalside folly beneath Hackney flyover

Assemble has revealed images of the Folly for a Flyover, a temporary structure for an empty flyover undercroft on the edge of the Olympic site in Hackney, east London. The not-for-profit community interest company - which transformed a redundant petrol station into a temporary cinema last summer - is currently building the structure on the canalside site, to play host to a six-week programme of cinema, performance and play, from June 24 to July 24.
