Delays at Herzog & de Meuron's Hamburg site are a 'joke', says concert hall chief

The chief of the Hamburg Elbphilharmonie has given up on planning an opening date for Herzog & de Meuron's new concert hall after describing the continuous delays as a "joke across the world". Christoph Lieben-Seutter told local newspaper Hamburger Abendblatt: "You can delay the opening once, that happens a lot. That it should be delayed twice is very unlucky. But you can't delay it three, four, five times."
