SHoP Architects and Beyer Blinder Belle will collaborate on the design of ESSEX CROSSING, a six-acre URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT in New York City's Seward Park neighborhood. EXAMS, including the LEED Green Associate and LEED AP with specialty designations, will feature material from LEED v4 beginning next spring. Those who wish to test with current exams should do so before June. Mack Urban and AECOM Capital have acquired six acres in the SOUTH PARK DISTRICT of Los Angeles. New residential high-rises and retail space are planned.
