ROOFING PHOTOS: UNSAFE AT ANY HEIGHT

I am disappointed in the choice of photographs accompanying "Resolving Practical Problems in Roofing Retrofits and Renovations" (January). Two specific photographs contain numerous instances of unsafe job site work practices which should never be condoned. I am not so naive as to believe such work practices do not exist, but these practices should be eliminated rather than treated as acceptable by including them in an international construction publication.
