Human Sciences Research Approach

The previous five articles introduced our research "that learns from human possibilities." This sixth and last article in the series addresses the significance of this research. Broadcasting, both news reporting and regular programming, embodies the program producers' expertise and wisdom. Program engineers involved with cameras, lighting, and other equipment also manifest their know-how and sensitivities in the programs they are involved in. Finally, the produced programs are seen and heard by viewers. By analyzing and gaining a better understanding of such human capabilities and characteristics, we will incorporate such know-how into enhanced programming systems.
