Help us form a view of the retail bakery trade

British Baker wants to build one of the most comprehensive pictures of bakery trade in 2013, but we need your help. We have just launched an online Bakery Business Survey and we are calling on you - our loyal readers - to take part. It will only take a few minutes of your time, but by taking part you will be helping to gain an insight into the health of the high street and other aspects impacting bakery. By compiling this data we hope to aid the industry as it makes key decisions going into 2014. The questions range from the size and location of your business, to your trading experiences, investment and employment, and products and trends.
