To re-elect the following as Members of the Committee of Management: Messrs: R J Duszanskyj, M J Dutoy, N S Fitch, D Jeffrey, R D Knox, D E Prentice and R K Rolph 4. To elect the following as members of the Committee of Management: Mr R Davies and Ms B Tanner 5. To re-appoint the Honorary Auditors: Jacob Cavenagh & Skeet 6.
