New Belgium doubles wood capacity

New Belgium Brewing at Fort Collins in Colorado will soon double its capacity to produce wood-aged beers, adding another 32 feoders to its cellars. The 130hL French oak vessels are used for conditioning sour beer for up to two years just as they are for the famous beers from Rodenbach and the like in old Belgium.
