Non-alcoholic and low-alcohol beers are becoming ever more popular, especially in Europe. Global volume has grown by 20% over the last five years, and is set to rise even further (see Figure 1). Non-alcoholic wheat beers in particular have established themselves as a natural and healthy thirst quencher. But how do we get the best from such a beverage?
