Institute of Civil and Hydraulic Engineering 2013 Annual Conference The annual conference of the Chinese Institute of Civil and Hydraulic Engineering is a major event of the construction and civil engineering field. This 2013 event is co-hosted by the Construction Engineering Department of the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology and BOHSR. The agenda of this annual event scheduled 2 trips to visit the TIAA MRT New Taipei Industrial Park (A3) Station on November 21st, and 22nd. The visit on November 21st was for the meeting participants from other countries, and November 22nd was for our domestic members.
