In the collision repair business, the only constant is change. For George V. Arth ® Son in Oakland, Calif., things have been changing from the very beginning. When French immigrant George Arth opened George V.Arth® Son in 1877, the shop was doing a brisk trade repairing and painting horse-drawn buggies. Soon, though, "horseless carriages" began puttering down the streets of Oakland.
