In 2018, French businessman Edouard Carmignac's collection found a new home on the tiny island of PorquerDlles in the lies d'Hyeres. The 16,150 square feet of exhibition space are set in a Provencal farmhouse, and the surrounding 37-acre garden is dotted with specially commissioned sculptures. Dn show are mostly works by American artists including Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein and Jean-Michel Basquiat. Designed by French architect Jean Nouvel, the largest museum in the Arabian Peninsula opened its doors in 2017.
