Ten years ago, few people would have imagined that mainstream consumers would pay $3 and change for a cup of coffee or $4 for a single-serve bottle of juice. With the emergence of premium beverage brands like Starbucks, Fiji Water and POM Wonderful 猙rands that differentiate themselves on the quality of their ingredients—consumers are increasingly willing to pay a little more for small luxuries in their daily lives.
