The finger of blame has landed on you. You're in a politically charged environment, and your fellow managers are playing pass the buck. Now, the executive team wants to know what it is that you and your people do all day. If you can't explain your team's progress in terms the executives can understand, your team may be dissolved and the team members dispersed to other groups.
