BATTLESPACE was given full briefings by all of the ITT segments during AUSA in October 2007, following the bid for EDO. The general consensus from all the interviews we undertook was that EDO will be a good fit, pending shareholder approval and will fill in technology gaps at ITT and provide new avenues for development.rnOn December 20th, 2007, ITT Corporation completed the acquisition of EDO Corporation, ITT continues to integrate EDO's businesses into existing value centers. The acquisition is ITT's largest since becoming an independent company in 1995.
