Warratek creates 'containers' based on the Java programming language which can be used to allow a firm's legacy systems to run in an environment in which they will not be affected by their interaction with other systems, and are therefore protected to some extent. A large part of the banking community runs very old systems for which a crash would be disastrous, so this sort of container can be usefully applied to much legacy technol-ogy.
