East Bayebawis Meet-and-greet Recruits New Members And Starts Plans For Local Mentorship Program

On December 9th, 2008, the East Bay chapter of AWIS (ebAWIS) held a social networking event at Jupiter's, located in the heart of downtown Berkeley, CA. Board and committee members, chapter members and non-members joined for a night to meet and greet one another. Social networking events have always been helpful in ebAWIS'mission to recruit new members. As in previous year-end get-togethers, ebAWIS was fortunate to have more members join before the start of the new year.
