Cirrus Aircraft has started delivery of 25 of its Cirrus SR22 aircraft to support the future aircrew training requirements of the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF). Cirrus confirmed on July 29 that it had been contracted to supply the aircraft as part of a deal under which BAE Systems will supply the aircraft to the RSAF. Three days later the first of four aircraft departed from the factory in Duluth, Minnesota, to begin their delivery flights.
