KLM Alters Dreamliner Order

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has upgraded orders for six Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners to the larger -10 variant. The carrier, which has 21 787s on order, said the alteration is to meet future network demands and expects to receive the 787-IOs from 2020. Its first Dreamliner, PH-BHA (c 36113), is due for delivery imminently and will make its debut on the Amsterdam to Bahrain (via Abu Dhabi) service on October 25.
