Second Embraer KC-390 Takes Flight

Embraer flew the second prototype KC-390 for the first time on April 28 at Gaviao Pexioto, Brazil. The aircraft, PT-ZNJ, will now join the first prototype in the flight test campaign for certification. The first prototype performed its maiden flight on February 3, 2015 but was then grounded until October 26 when the Brazilian Government cut funding due to the country's severe economic crisis.
