The Lone Star Flight Museum in Houston, Texas, rolled out airworthy Grumman TBM-3E Avenger, 53575, on October 2 following a thorough restoration.The 1945-built aircraft has been repainted to represent the World War Two mount of former President George H W Bush. He called his aircraft Barbara III after his then fiancee, Barbara Pierce.
