Aer Lingus unveiled a refreshed brand with updated logo and new livery on January 17. The familiar shamrock that has formed part of the airline's identity for more than eight decades has been restyled after a comprehensive review. The new colours were revealed during a ceremony at the carrier's Dublin base, with Airbus A330-300, EI-EDY (c 1025), being the first aircraft to be repainted. Airbus A320-200, EI-CVA (c 1242), has also received the revised livery and took part in an air-to-air photography flight soon after. Aer Lingus' new look aligns the company's corporate identity closely with fellow IAG airlines LEVEL and Iberia by extending the tail art onto the rear fuselage.
