TUI's Corsair Deal

The German Travel giant TUI Group has confirmed the sale of a 53% stake in its French subsidiary Corsair to Intro Aviation. Under the terms of the deal, first announced last October and finalised on March 18, the former parent will initially retain a minority 27% stake in the Paris/ Orly-based carrier, while a further 20% will be held by its employee benefit trust.
