Qatar's 250th Jet

In Qatar Airways 25th year of operation, the Gulf-based airline has accepted its 250th aircraft, an Airbus A350-900, on March 20. The airline's 41st example of the type, A7-AMI (c 214), joins a fleet with an average age of less than five years. The airline began operations in 1994. It accepted its 100th airliner, Boeing 777-200LR A7-BBI (c 41061), in October 2011.
