'Choose any software, without worrying about how to operate the AV'

Educational AV systems increasingly have to bridge the gap between PC applications and AV equipment for lecture capture, multimedia content sharing or distance learning. Vaddio provides AV solutions, which enhance learning with USB-enabled PTZ cameras, microphones and presentation AV switchers. Equipped with these products, the lecturer can simply connect their PC/laptop to the AV system, and the computer will recognise the camera, audio source and software. "The systems are intuitive and easy to use. Educators can choose any software and control them through the PC, without worrying how to operate the classroom AV system," says Damn Thurston, Vaddio's vice-president of engineering.
