Kate Dawkins

Kate Dawkins, creative director and founder of BAFTA-winning creative studio Kate Dawkins Studio, designs, produces and delivers bespoke digital content for live performances, shows and brand experiences. Kate received her graphic design degree pre-digital design, so when she went on to study for a Visual Communications masters at Central Saint Martins, Kate began experimenting with digital cameras and acquired new computer skills. Kate's first and only full-time employment, at creative studio Intro, developed her moving image skills and saw her progress from a junior designer to a senior designer and director. During this time, Kate designed and directed broadcast graphics and title sequences for the BBC and Channel 4; commercials for Airbus, Vodafone, McDonalds and Nike; album campaigns for Radiohead, Abba and U2; and music videos for Primal Scream and Elton John. This final project was to form the pivotal point in her career.
