ARA Member Participates in Small Business Administration (SBA) Office of Advocacy Environmental Roundtable

ARA member Rick Morrow of M & M Auto Parts, Inc. in Stafford, Virginia participated in a SBA Environmental Roundtable on stormwater permitting, along with long-time industry friend and stormwater expert Jeffrey Longsworth, partner with Barnes and Thornburg Law. The Roundtable, held in a U.S. Senate committee hearing room, was attended by industry and governmental representatives as well as ARA staff. Morrow's remarks highlighted the challenges of compliance with storm water pollution prevention plans (SWPPP) as well as the need for EPA to ensure that all regulated entities are complying with the law.
