It's been a year like no other with all that COVID has thrown at us, the rise in the used car market and the semiconductor chip shortage. It is also a year where CitNOW is honoured to have won Supplier of the Year for the second time in a row. Having won this accolade the first time just before the pandemic hit us in full force, to say we were delighted is an understatement. We then entered the unprecedented time of COVID. During that first lockdown when car showrooms were closed and workshops only open to key workers, we quickly suspended our monthly subscription charges while actively encouraging retailers to use their CitNOW solution to engage with customers in a safe and contactless way.
