I think it's pretty safe to say that most people will be happy to see 2020 move firmly into the rear view mirror. A new year is always a time for fresh optimism, new beginnings and, dare I say, new year's resolutions. I'm sure that this will be the case more than ever for 2021. All will be aware that January 28 will see the new FCA rules for finance commissions and disclosures become law. And, while this is a beginning, for us it really represents the culmination of six years of strong progress, working continuously with our dealer partners to enhance clarity and transparency for motor finance at the point of sale.
