Jim Campbell, former general manager of GM Fleet and Commercial Operations, was promoted Dec. 9 to general manager - Chevrolet. As of press time, no replacement had been named.rnCampbell took over as GM Fleet and Commercial gen-rneral manager Feb. 1,2009, replacing Brian McVeigh, who retired in March. Campbell's promotion was one of a series in the organizations structural changes following the Dec. 2 departure of former president and CEO Fritz Henderson.
