Industry Veteran Lancaster Announces Retirement

Ernie Lancaster of Napleton Fleet Group in Oakbrook, HI, retired May 16. Lancaster was a 37-year fleet and lease industry veteran. His most recent responsibilities included the maintenance of the courtesy delivery network of more than 10,000 dealers nationwide, out-of-stock purchases, and used-vehicle disposal. Lancaster began his career in fleet working for Don Fenton at Long Chevrolet in Elmhurst, Ill., May 17, 1971. He worked in various positions within the industry, including Piemonte Fleet with Milo Matick, Donlen with Don Rappeport, and Emkay with the Tepas family.
