Bentley plugs-in to SUV market

Bentley is planning a plug-in hybrid version of its EXP 9F SUV concept, The powertrain would offer much lower CO_2 emisisons than either the 4-litre V8 twin turbo and 6-litre twin-turbo W12 engine options. The hybrid system is based around a V6 gasoline engine. It would deliver a range of around 30km in electric-only mode and CO_2 emissions of 130g/km but the vehicle would still be capable of 0-100km/h in less than 5 seconds.
