Ford plans carbon-fibre supercar

Ford is to produce a new carbon-fibre CT vehicle with a V6 engine capable of more than 440kW. The high-performance supercar is intended to act as a showcase for the OEM's development progress in the fields of aerodynamics and use of lightweight materials, as well as for its EcoBoost engines. Featuring rear-wheel drive and a two-door coupe body shell, the GT will also have a 3.5 litre, twin-turbocharged V6 engine that provides 447kW of power.
