Graham began his career in 1975 as a Production Engineering student, spon- sored by what is now the Rover Group. He spent 18 years with the company in a number of posts including Manufacturing Engineering Director responsible for specifying and implement- ing the 'K' series engine factory. He completed his period with Rover as Manufacturing Director of the Group's Power Train Division. He joined TI Group in 1993 as Managing Director of its Bundy (UK) operation which is responsible for supplying fluid carrying systems to the automotive, refrigeration and industrial markets. A multi-faceted business improvement pro- gramme was implemented, including the construction of a purpose designed factory in Telford. He was then appointed to the post of Global Technology Director for Bundy International.
