New South Wales releases hydrocarbons report

According to statements made by New South Wales Attorney General Jeff Shaw, controls on the use of hydrocarbon refrigerants in motor vehicles in that State will remain in place, unless industry can devise an acceptable code of practice or standard setting out conditions under which these refrigerants can be safely used. The statement stems from a review on the safety of flammable hydrocarbon refrigerants in motor vehicles, undertaken by Workcover New South Wales.
