Australia's wine regions have reacted positively to the industry's latest blueprint for the future, which is aimed at achieving a sustainable return for the nation's grapegrowers and wine producers.rnThe sequel to Strategy 2025 which was launched 11 years ago, Directions to 20.25 has set a goal for the industry to increase the value of its wine trade by $4 billion to $30 billion over the next five years. The Directions report says this growth "would return the Australian wine sector to the appropriate return on investment it previously experienced, but has largely not been seen over the past five years".
