This year is shaping as an important period for wine tourism in Australia. An obvious catalyst was the success of the Winemakers' Federation of Australia in winning $226,000 from the Federal Government to create a new model for designing and delivering visitor programs that build on regional strengths and appeal to a broad range of potential visitors.
