This article centres on the recurring theme of sustainability in the wine sector. In the January-February issue of the Wine and Viticulture Journal, we learnt about the implementation of sustainability, with follow-up articles published in the March-April edition. Fellow contributor to the WVJ, Toby Bekkers, has even detailed the different perspectives on sustainable practices between the Antipodean and European wine sectors.
