摘要

A fuzzy logic approach has been utilised to design the performance of separately excited DC motor. Various nature-motivated artificial intelligence algorithms are used to improve the fuzzy controller such as the firefly algorithm, cuckoo search algorithm and artificial bee colony algorithm. The proposed perfect fuzzy logic controller is tested in various circumstances under loaded and unloaded conditions and is inherently adaptive for confirming the efficacy of the proposed controller. The computer simulation outcomes show that the heuristic algorithm based redesigned fuzzy controller has excellent tracking of set point for speed directions, in presence of outside disturbances, and performs significantly better than the PID controller in terms of disturbance rejection.
