The adequacy of the law in achieving climate change justice - some brief comments

The analysis that I have undertaken in relation to distributive justice can be repeated for procedural justice and justice as recognition. These analyses provide a basis for evaluating climate laws, both international and national. The purpose of the enquiry is to evaluate whether the laws provide an adequate framework for achieving climate justice.
