The former army officer, who has worked in defence apparel and textiles, is preparing to lead the 27-year-old company into a substantial growth phase.Company owner Frank Marateo is now the director of operations and is leading the firm's research and development team to ensure its products retain an innovative edge in the marketplace and offer a quality alternative to imported products.
