The TCFIA Award is one of 85 modern awards being reviewed after their first two years of implementation.Justice Ross, the President of Fair Work Australia said in a release that that all applications in relation to a particular award will be dealt with concurrently, and that each award will be listed for mention by a single member to identify the issues.
