Given the background of the 20th century, the nuclear power technology that humankind has developed today has grown ever bigger and more complicated in the aim of expanding capacity and improving economy, and predicated on the condition of safety. Ever since the Industrial Revolution that began in the 18th century, we human beings have expanded the scale of the economy and improved our living standards through economic activities (i.e., production) that make efficient use of the earth's natural resources by means of technology.
