The authors regrets that the x-axis was missing from Fig, 4. A correct version of the figure is now reproduced below. The scattergrams on the right side show the relationship of the three meteorological parameters to the ratio Q/C(10~3 m~3 s~(-1).The ratio Q/C (10~3 m~3 s~(-1)) describes the dilution process of the atmosphere.
