In the not very remote past strategic decisions on aerospace industry(ASI)enterprises development were mainly a prerogative of the state and branch management bodies. It was a branch and state level where basic strategic Decisions concerning trends and priorities in Industrial policy, both subbranches and separate Enterprises development, were analysed and made Including those aimed at the formation and Realization of long-term projects and programmes, At the achievement of a necessary compliance, Coordination of tempos and proportions of the Interconnected enterprises capacities development.
